We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Fintech Product Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with the product development life cycle, and have a strong understanding of both the fintech industry and B2B integrations
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our product strategy. Your role will be critical in shaping the direction of our product offerings, driving innovation, and ensuring the success of our products in the market.
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate the company's product vision and strategy to employees and stakeholders. Identify new product opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Product Development and Innovation: Lead the development of new products and services that align with the company's strategic goals. Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to ongoing support and maintenance. Define product requirements and specifications, prioritize features, and manage the product roadmap.
- Product Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze product performance, and continuously work on optimizing and enhancing the product.
- Customer Research and Insights: Conduct customer research and gather insights to inform product decisions. Work with the user research team to ensure that products are user-centered and meet customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that products are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the product development process.
- Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to ensure that products remain competitive in the market.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Proven track record of success in the fintech industry.
- Strong experience in B2B integrations.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong experience in product management and development.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
